Q: Do you offer printables (JPG or PDF files)? A: Yes. Please email us to purchase a custom printable for personal use. _ Q: Can you customize a UV Printed wall art, postcard, card, or cardstock? A: Yes. Please contact us if you would like customized lettering (words) on any of our wall art or card art. Depending on what you need customized, we will do our best to fulfill your request. - Q: Can your work be reused for selling other products? A: No. We own the rights to all of our work. You are making a one-time purchase for your personal use only. Unless otherwise authorized by us in writing, commercial use, reproduction, distribution or sale of our work is strictly prohibited. - Q: Do you offer commercial licenses? A: Yes. Please contact us for more information. - Q: Do you ship internationally? A: No. We only ship domestically in the USA at this time. However, if you would like to purchase any printables (digital files) of our designs for personal use, please contact us. - Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges? A: Once an item is shipped, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, slight color variation (due to camera lighting), or buyer's remorse. However, if you have made a purchase and we have not yet shipped, please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel. - Q: How long do you take for shipping and handling? A: This depends on the shipping option that you chose during checkout. Our handling time is 1-3 business days before shipping. Once we ship, depending on your selected shipping method and delivery location, USPS can take anywhere from 3-10 business days. PLEASE NOTE: Once we ship your order, we have no control over USPS delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier schedule changes. - Q: What kind of digital file formats do you offer? A: We offer 5 different ratios, jpg files, that can be printed onto all types of mediums: cardboard, cardstock, paper, canvas, poster, etc. - Q: Can we use the digital file we purchase on our own products for sale? A: No. Digital files are a one-time purchase for your personal use. They may not be altered, reused, reproduced, or sold in it's entirety for resale or distribution.
